BODY MASSAGE OIL RECIPE FOR SOFT, FIRM AND TIGHTER SKIN
Body massage is a great way to stretch your muscles and skin and nourish it at the same time by using nourishing massaging oils. Body massaging has both internal and external benefits! It can boost the circulation of blood and body fluids, make skin elastic and soft, etc. Below is a recipe for an amazing body massage oil for soft, firm, and tighter skin-
BENEFITS:
Castor oil:
Castor oil can be used as an irritant/simulative laxative. Castor oil is a natural emollient and a few drops may also be used to remedy dry skin, as a massage oil, and may benefit hair as a treatment. Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid, a fatty acid that comprises about 90% of the oil.
Coconut oil:
Nourishes skin, makes it super soft. Although you may think of coconut oil as being a heavy, solid oil, fractionated coconut oil is a light, non-greasy, liquid oil and good massage oil.
Rosewood oil:
Is appealing to the mind and relaxing to the body. Rosewood oil can be found in cosmetics to strengthen and regenerate the skin. It is, therefore, used to treat stretch marks, tired skin, wrinkles, and acne, as well as to reduce scars. Equally, this is also found to be extraordinary for treating dandruff, eczema, and hair loss.
Lavender oil:
Has relaxing properties. Also makes skin glowing and soft.
